Bronwen O’Sullivan – Principal Solicitor

Bronwen has nearly 30 years’ experience living and working in country practice. She
has been the Principal Solicitor at Lane Buck & Higgins for over 25 years. Bronwen
is very experienced in family law, wills and succession planning, criminal matters
and commercial law and litigation. Through excellent relationships with
accountants, financial advisers and farm consultants Bronwen is able to provide
practical advice for your business structures and succession plans. Being a farmer
also assists Bronwen in having an understanding of the need for tailored advice to family farm enterprises and agribusiness.

Kelly O’farrell

Legal Administration

Kelly has been working in both Administration and Finance rolls for over 20 years. Kelly has been living in Narrogin for 6 years and has been working with Lane Buck & Higgins for 4 years where initially started as our Receptionists and moved into Settlements in 2016. Heading bush in the 4×4 & camping with the family is the ideal time away.

Nina Kamffer

Paralegal

Nina qualified as a lawyer (Master of Laws, University of Pretoria) in South Africa, and has over 10 years of experience as a lawyer. Nina has strong skills in conveyancing, commercial law, and cost consulting, and experience in drafting trust deeds, will preparation, and contracts.

Nina will work with us as a paralegal for the time it takes to obtain her practicing certificate here in Australia to be recognised as a solicitor.

Nina enjoys sports, reading, camping and family time outside of work.

Scott Ballantyne

Practice Manager

Scott is a keen golfer, a father of 2, husband to Sharon, hobby farmer, and starts work again after having taken time recently to care for his parents.

Scott is responsible for the business processes with Lane Buck & Higgins, and is working in the Narrogin office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Scott has a business degree (Accounting and Finance) from Edith Cowan University.
