Bronwen O’Sullivan – Principal Solicitor
Bronwen has over 20 years’ experience living and working in country practice. She has been the Principal Solicitor at Lane Buck & Higgins for over 15 years. Bronwen is very experienced in family law, wills and succession planning, criminal matters and commercial law and litigation. Through excellent relationships with accountants, financial advisers and farm consultants Bronwen is able to provide practical advice for your business structures and succession plans. Being a farmer also assists Bronwen in having an understanding of the need for tailored advice to family farm enterprises and agribusiness.
Sophie graduated from the University of Notre Dame Fremantle with a Bachelor of Laws in 2015 and was admitted as a lawyer in Western Australia in October 2017.
Sophie is currently undertaking her 2 years of restricted legal practice at LBH in Narrogin. In her spare time Sophie plays a variety of sports in the local community including basketball, netball and squash.
Jo is a Narrogin Local who has been employed by Lane Buck & Higgins for the past 15 years when she commenced work with the firm as a Receptionist, then quickly moved into the role of Settlements for 10 years. Jo has recently been promoted to a Paralegal within the firm. Jo has experience in assisting Solicitors with complex conveyancing, deceased estates, succession planning and many other varied matters.
Bill is responsible for the business processes with Lane Buck & Higgins, and has a MBA from University of New England & a business degree from Curtin.
He has worked for a number of agribusiness firms over the past 30 years in consulting & management roles. In his spare time can be found on the farm or at a swim meet.
Kelly has been working in both Administration and Finance rolls for over 20 years. Kelly has been living in Narrogin for 6 years and has been working with Lane Buck & Higgins for 4 years where initially started as our Receptionists and moved into Settlements in 2016. Heading bush in the 4×4 & camping with the family is the ideal time away.
Abbie is a new addition to the Lane Buck & Higgins family taking on the role as Legal Secretary. Abbie is qualified as an Assistance in Nursing and through this brings her caring and compassion to the work place. Abbie enjoys assisting both Solicitors and Clients with all matters and looks forward to advancing her career in the legal industry.
Gemma is our a receptionist and joined the firm in January this year after complete school. The role is all the important administrate tasks for the office. On her time off Gemma likes to be active with running, drawing and exploring new places.
