David Markovich – Barrister & Solicitor
David is a dispute resolution lawyer and has practiced in England and Western Australia. The depth and breadth of David’s litigation experience includes Wills & Estates, guardianship and administration, employment disputes, defending WorkSafe, Energy Safety, EPA and other statutory prosecutions, property disputes, business and contract disputes, professional negligence and disciplinary matters, and constructions. David acts as pro bono prosecution Counsel for the RSPCA, and has worked with charities and human rights groups. Following the Rwandan genocide, David helped set up a refugee camp in the former Zaire. David previously worked as a Senior Research Economist.
